Abstract
Misleading commercial practices violate consumer sovereignty, legal security and compromise the effectiveness of market equilibrium. The research of the types of misleading commercial practices in the study was carried out on the basis of national and supranational regulatory framework and the activity of the law enforcement authorities – the Consumer Protection Commission and the administrative courts.
