The legal thesis will examine the current legal framework of the militarization of outer space alongside with its problems. Comparisons will be made between space law and humanitarian law, as well as with human rights, in order to give a clearer picture of the interaction between them. Attention will also be drawn to the position of Bulgaria and the European Union in the international discussion on the issue.
