dc.description.abstractThis scientific study is dedicated to a theoretically and practically significant legal problem – the sources of the Bulgarian environmental law. The attention is focused on the types of sources of this law (national, European and international), as well as on the hierarchy (correlation) between them. Finally, some more general conclusions are drawn from the legal framework considered.
