dc.description.abstractThe paper examines Section IV of the Criminal Code of Republic of Bulgaria (CC) and in particular – some issues related to general recidivism, regulated by Art. 27 ot the CC. The concept of “recidivist” and its varieties are explored. Attention is also paid to the punishment “imprisonment” in the context if dangerous recidivism.
