dc.description.abstractThe article examines the right of appeal when challenging individual and general administrative acts under administrative procedure, theoretically addressing what constitutes the review of the act, regulated by the APC, i.e. the right of appeal, and examining controversial case law regarding what the right of appeal actually is.
