| dc.description.abstract | Observing the dynamics of language development – the emergence or gradual extinction of certain words, constructions or grammatical forms – is one of the most interesting tasks of modern linguistics. The object of this study are verbal neologisms registered in two dictionaries, presenting the latest vocabulary that has entered the Russian language in recent years. In view of the fact, that the verb is considered to be the most complex part of speech, special attention is paid to the morphological and combinatorial features of the new verbal formations, in particular the aspectual characteristics, word-formation potential, semantic-pragmatic properties, which are studied based on data from the Russian National Corpus. | |
