The digitization of international treaty-making has introduced a new dynamic to global diplomacy, enabling states and organizations to conclude agreements far more effectively through electronic means. This report examines notable examples of international treaties concluded digitally, focusing on the legal, technical and operational implications of such agreements. Furthermore, it explores future perspectives on the role of digital platforms in facilitating international cooperation and the potential challenges they pose.
