dc.description.abstractThe article examines the meaning and place of the presumption of causation in Bulgarian tort law. I make the conclusion that it is reasonable and fair the presumption to find a wider place in the field of unlawful caused damages, because it eases the evidential burden (onus probandi) of the injured persons.
