Abstract
The article is devoted to the constitutionally guaranteed supervisory authority of the Council of Ministers to annul unlawful or improper acts issued by individual ministers. The specific organizational and functional relations between the Council of Ministers, as the supreme and collegial body of the executive branch, and the ministers, as its constituent bodies vested with special competence, are reflected in the legal characterization of this authority. It is distinguished by its purpose, substantive scope, and informal procedural nature, which are analyzed in the present study.
